Rename and summarize the project, keep artifacts consistent with coherence mode, and turn the share link on or off — explained gently for first-timers.

The Workspace
Each project has its own settings — name, summary, sharing and coherence. You don’t need to touch them all today, but knowing these few makes a project much easier to keep tidy and to share.
Summary
A sentence or two describing what the project is about. It shows on the dashboard to help you tell projects apart.
Coherence mode
A setting for how much the other artifacts should adjust when you change one. "Coherence" simply means everything stays in step — consistent.
Share link
A web address that lets people view the project without signing in. You turn it on and off with a toggle.
Most settings can be changed right inside the workspace, and the common ones like rename, save and design score also appear in the command palette (⌘K).
Name and summary
Click the project title at the top to rename it inline, right where it sits.
The title turns into an editable field; press Enter when you’re done and it saves.
In the project summary, write a sentence or two on what the project is about.
With this filled in, you can spot this project at a glance among many on the dashboard.
Coherence mode
Coherence mode keeps the artifacts consistent with one another as you change them — so that editing the core message in the proposal doesn't leave the deck out of step. Choose one of three settings.
Suggest
Auto
Off
Suggest: points out what to update · Auto: adjusts for you · Off: leaves things untouched.
Suggest: flags what to update elsewhere and leaves the decision to apply it up to you. A comfortable middle ground to start with.
Auto: adjusts the related artifacts for you as you make changes. The least effort, though it’s worth skimming what changed afterward.
Off: keeps the artifacts independent and never links a change across them. Use it when you want each tab handled entirely on its own.
Not sure which to pick? Leave it on "Suggest." It only points out what might change and lets you decide, so nothing changes behind your back.
Sharing
Turn on the share-link toggle to create a link anyone can view without signing in; turn it off and the link is closed immediately. Name, summary, coherence, brand kits and members all live together in project settings.
While the share link is on, anyone who has it can view the project. If you shared it externally, turn the toggle back off once you're done.
Will renaming break my links or files?
No. The name is just a display label you can change anytime. It doesn’t affect share links or files you’ve already exported.
Will coherence "Auto" overwrite what I wrote?
Auto adjusts the other artifacts to match your change, but nothing is lost for good. If you dislike the result, restore an earlier state from version history (⌘⇧H).
If I turn off the share link, can people who already had it still view?
They can’t. The moment you turn the toggle off, the link is closed — even someone who received it earlier can no longer open it.
