Artifacts
In one line: once concept and branding have set the direction, it is time to pin it down. The Spec (⌘5) is a PRD laying out what gets built and in what order; the Model lays out revenue, cost and KPIs to see whether it adds up. Both sit immediately before the proposal for a reason — what you decide here becomes the substance of it.
Spec / PRD
A Product Requirements Document — the planning doc that spells out what to build, why, and in what order.
MoSCoW priority
A way to rank requirements into Must, Should, Could and Won’t, so it is clear what to do first.
Model
A financial/KPI projection artifact that lays out revenue, cost and KPIs across several periods as a table and chart.

Spec (⌘5)
The Spec board produces a Product Requirements Doc (PRD). Hit the Generate button on the board or ask in chat, and you get an overview, MoSCoW-prioritised requirements (each with a user story), user flows, an IA screen map of the screens, and a list of open questions.
Add requirement: the inline "Add requirement" form under the requirements list lets you add a single item — title, priority, detail — without regenerating the whole document.
Model
The Model board builds a multi-period financial/KPI projection. Pick the number of periods and generate, and you get revenue and cost lines, a revenue-vs-cost bar chart, at-a-glance KPI cards, and the assumptions behind the numbers — all alongside the full table.
Model is one of the two tabs without a digit shortcut (the other is Website) — twelve tabs, ten chords. Click the tab, or find it by name in ⌘K.
CSV import/export: paste rows in period,value form and click "Add to model" to turn them into a real model line. Going the other way, "Export table CSV" downloads the projection as a file.
Both are versioned. Open Version history (⌘⇧H) on the tab to browse previous generations and restore an earlier one. Regenerate freely — nothing is lost.

Can I add one requirement without regenerating?
Yes. Use the "Add requirement" form under the list — it adds the item without regenerating the document.
Do Spec and Model have to come before the proposal?
The order is yours. The tabs are arranged that way because the requirements and numbers you settle here are what the proposal then carries — doing them first saves writing the proposal twice.
